Winter
SALE
any quilting
orders you bring me can be given a $5.00
per square foot discount just by remarking
on the winter sale when you bring me your quilt. I will
not automatically
apply the discount, I want you to ASK ME
FOR IT. This
sale can apply to
your friends, to all the quilts you bring between January 1 and February
14, and can be used repeatedly,
so bring 'em on,
quilters!

When "oh just stipple it" just won't do,
when sleeping under a common blanket just isn't warm enough,
when the rites of passage of someone you love
deserve recognition in a meaningful manner.

Whether you defer to my
artistic sense or you work by my side in collaboration,
I'll give you my best work. Choose designs from my continuous-line
books. or visit and see my samplers.
You
can choose how much and how intricate the quilting is, by choosing your
price:
"Git 'er Done" Normal
Splendor
Obsessive
means not a lot of quilting,
Means custom quilting but Means changing thread
an overall edge to edge design not intense, includes some colors, close quilting,
for the whole piece.
random some custom, custom to the maximum.
Still beautiful and
careful. not obsessive .
$20 per square yard $25-35 per square yard
$40+
per square yard
How do you figure the pricing if you
plan to ship your quilt to me?
Measure the quilt top width in inches, and the length in inches.
Multiply those two measurements, then divide by 1296, multiply example:
90" x 108"
times the dollar amount per square yard. You can always let me do
the 1296 = 7.5 sq yd
cyphering, but the quilt doesn't leave me until the payment arrives. 7.5 x $25 = $187.5*
BACKINGS that have many seams are at risk of
getting pleated in quilting, so use few seams if possible.
Backing and battings are
available from my stock:
Batts include Hobbs 80/20, Hobbs Polydown, Hobbs Wool and Matildas' Own
wool blend*
How should you pay?
Send money to pay for the whole amount if you figured it and know what
the return shipping cost will be,
either send a check or call me with your credit card
number.
Or send a deposit and I'll
call you with the balance, to be received before I send the quilt back
to you.
You can bring
me the quilt in person, even arrange to have me quilt it while you
"wait" for it in town.
*California
sales tax applies for quilts I quilt while you wait or ship back to a
California address,
8% applies to labor and materials. |
